ISLAMABAD, Jan 7, 2026 — Pakistan’s Defence Minister Khawaja Asif has affirmed that the country is fully prepared to confront any aggression simultaneously on its eastern and western borders, referring to potential threats from India and Afghanistan. “Absolutely, we are ready, by the grace of God,” said Asif when asked about Pakistan’s preparedness for a multi-front conflict.
